Q. Is everything listed on this site in stock?

A. As a general rule yes it is, we do try our hardest to ensure stock levels are kept accurate.

Q. How quickly do you dispatch orders?

A. we try to process orders as soon as they arrive, Royal mail packets and parcels are usually collected around Midday so any orders received after this time will be posted the next day. Parcel force parcels are collected the following day.

Exceptions being orders received on Saturday afternoon or Sunday which will be packed to go out on Monday.

Q. I Cannot complete checkout?

A. Problems completing checkout can be for a number of reasons, the most common is the billing address not matching the address of the card being used for payment, even if the details entered are correct please make sure the town, county and country boxes are filled in with the correct details otherwise payment will fail.

The other regular error is not selecting uk mainland as the shipping country in the delivery address part, this will result in no shipping costs being added and therefore prevent the checkout process moving to the next stage.

Q. Checkout buttons are not visible on the shopping cart page?

A. We have had to set a minimum order value on the website in order to offer reduced postage charges, this has been set to a very modest £5.00 , this is the value of goods in your basket before postage costs are added.
